Had an ‘uh-oh’? Our body shop and paint facility will handle all aspects of repairs, including working with your insurance company from start to finish. Collision damage or cosmetic repairs all require the preparation of an estimate. Customers wishing to have an estimate should call our service department for an appointment and plan to drop-off their vehicles on Mondays and Wednesdays.
No funny business! - Here is how we conduct ours:
- Insurance claim # and contact information must be provided at time of vehicle drop-off.
- Valid email address must be provided for estimate and notification purposes.
- Estimates for repairs covered by insurance will be considered authorized for repair when insurance company agrees to estimated work and amount.
- All repairs will be performed ‘As Estimated’ by insurance company. McCarren Motors does not conduct partial repairs.
- All insurance checks must be made out to Vespa Soho directly or payment must be made by customer at time of pick-up.
- Estimates are subject to a fee for preparing the estimate in the amount of $149 if repairs are declined are by the customer.
- Vespa Soho charges a storage fee of $35 per day on all vehicles not picked up 24 hours after notification that repairs or estimates are complete and vehicle is ready to pick up.
